Passing the stone from the kidneys through the ureter tubes has been compared to giving birth. Once in your bladder you will never even know when it passes from the body. That first part they usually give you dilaudid to get through the pain. The bigger the stone the worse the pain. Unless you have an unbelievable high pain level--you need drugs--nothing else will do it.
I don't mean to scare you, but go to the doctor or ER. How do you know for sure you have a kidney stone? It usually takes an x-ray. Unless you've had one before.
