I decided that I'm too selfish to have a romantic relationship. I keep making up scenarios in my head and when it comes to deciding between my significant other and myself, I always chose myself. I guess you need to actually "fall in love" to get over your selfishness.
This is how I feel! I also feel that way about having kids. Right now, I feel like I'm way too selfish, but I think it would probably change once it happens. I hope so, anyway.
And yeah. I know what you mean about wanting to do other stuff at work, but not doing it when you get home. It's hard to balance those things out. :-/
