But honestly, the way Evan still makes a move on Casey was... low. Really? I mean really Evan? You still want Casey back when you just managed to win Cappie's friendship again and things are actually going good for you (I MEAN REBECCA, HELLO?!)
Just like you said, I'm going to be really sad and maybe even mad if Evan turns down Rebecca for Casey again. Rebecca could be evil at times, but she doesn't deserve that much of a betrayal!
I guess I was pessimistic because I didn't think he WOULD. I kept thinking, STOP TALKING AND JUST KISS HER!!!! AND THEN HE DID!
I know! And I hate that it makes me question Evan's motivations all season. Like I thought he really was just trying to be a good (if misguided) friend when he told Cappie not to go after Casey at the End of the World party. But maybe he was being selfish all along. :( And Casey was talking about Cappie ALL DAY in this ep! There's no way Evan didn't know she wanted Cappie.
When I was rewatching Greek, the Rebecca/Cappie relationship ended up making me SO sad for her (which it didn't really the first time) because it did end up being all about Casey. I mean, I think Cappie did try with her, but . . . he just couldn't do it. And I want Rebecca to have someone who wants HER.
