Skins season 1 is over!
Kaya Scodelario was hands down amazing. I desperately wanted Effy to talk, but the way she manages to express emotions without talking is pretty impressive. And her eyes.. oh god, her eyes are magical. She's just like an anime character come alive. Big blue eyes, tiny face, fragile figure.. I really like her.
Tony, oh my dear Tony.. What happened to you!? I know I've said I didn't like you at all, but being hit by a bus in the middle of an empty street is a bit too unfortunate for anyone in the world! But Effy's scream and crying was sad sad sad :(
OMG SID! HIS VOICE WAS A-M-A-Z-I-N-G WITH WILD WORLD! and how I love that song! I truly have a crush on that boy now! (as if I didn't 5 episodes ago...)

The whole "Let's sing Wild World!" concept was amazing actually. I'm such a sucker for musical pieces.
sfskdhk Sid/Cassie! ♥♥♥♥♥ Both of their letters were so cute ♥ My heart skips a beat when I talk about them, so for my own sake I'll leave it at that. ♥ BUT WHAT WILL HAPPEN WHEN CASSIE LEAVES FOR SCOTLAND FOR REAL WOE!?
The only other thing I cared about was Anwar and Max's relationship and I'm just so happy to see it got better ♥ The way Anwar's father welcomed Max in no matter what the situation was warmed my heart so much. Not all Muslims treat gay people like abomination!
Chris and Angie's stuff? I really don't care. And Michelle being all "omg I love Tony but what am i gonna do blabla" stuff was boring. Now that Tony is almost dead, things are going to get pretty juicy!
Oh Sid... *keeps listening to the song!* I want to see more of Mike Bailey in the future! Somebody, Use him! cast him! Do it!
Is there any Sid/Effy fics around? They would be so amazing!
For now I'll go and hunt for Sid/Cassie fics of course! And when a fandom makes me want to read fanfiction, that fandom is a good fandom. The exact same thing happened to me when I watched Death Note. I think it's about how much they explain and show to the audience and how much they leave it for the imagination. The more for imagination, the better it gets! ♥
ETA: Oh oh oh! I've just read a tiny drabble for Sid/Cassie and this sentence exactly explained why I love and understand them so much!
Sid knew that she could be any number of things, but mostly he knew that she was something he wouldn't have to share.
