Avatar = new obsession for a while

EPIC.
I'm in love...
It was absolutely amazing. Well worth my money and time. I could have gone on and watched 3 more hours if they had more! ♥
The universe James Cameron created in such short time (I'm talking about movie's duration, not his 14 years of imagination and work!) was amazing, spectacular, so detailed, yet general and easy to understand. I can't imagine how much he struggled to keep certain things in and leave the rest out, because there are so many stuff I wanted to know more about! We've talked about this with

I've completely forgotten the Na'vi words, but the connection between animals & native, also to Eywa was incredibly touching and very well thought. I could feel the ethereal bond between nature and Na'vi people from the very beginning and of course the most annoying thing was--annoyed is not a strong enough word for what I felt, rage, hatred!-- when Grace explained the connection to the tree and the man just said "wtf, it's just a tree.", I would have punched him in the face, righ there, right that second. I seriously hated being a human being at that moment!
Neytiri! Oh Neytiri... I laughed with her and cried with her. She was amazing... Zoe Saldana has done an incredible job with her voice. The cries, the native language, every little feeling was in her voice and I felt it.
After a couple of minutes in Pandora, I completely forgot that they were CGI. Everything was so real, so pure and mostly EPIC.
Jake and Neytiri's training times were just so lovely =))
Ummm what else... Oh Grace! Dr. Grace! ♥ I fell in love with her after seeing her with the natives, with kids, after school :) That was the moment where we switch sides and be with Na'vis instead of our selfish bastard human race.
Actually the plot, the main story wasn't so original, we already know the tale of alien vs. human where a small group of humans side with the aliens etc. BUT, PANDORA! BLUE PEOPLE! BEAUTY!! It's one of a kind... I was so bewitched by everything I saw I didn't even notice that I was falling into the obvious plot traps where I hated the "almost immortal uber-muscular guy" or cried when Neytiri's father died, or literally cried my eyes out when Tsu'tey jumped on the humans and OBVIOUSLY ended up dead. My heart literally broke into tiny pieces when they destroyed the home tree :'( So sad, so so sad. That's how much I was connected to that universe, to those blue people! ♥
I now have a never ending love for this movie and expecting, hoping, PRAYING for a sequel soon.
