This weekend was absolutely very busy, fun and boring at the same time.1.
Of course the highlight was seeing Star Trek
♥ It was truly wonderful. It's been such a long time since I enjoyed a movie like that! ( More on Stark Trek )
I can't wait for the second movie. GIVE IT TO ME NOW! I have to pre-order the DVD or something. I must own this movie. I actually want to buy it from here, Turkey, I want subtitles and Turkish sub for my mom and dad. Everyone has to see this amazing universe! ♥( And of course a video from The Onion about this very awesome movie )2.
Then we went shopping. I bought 2 very pretty dresses, but I had to give one of them back because mom thought it was too tight. (Pembs, the black one, yes. Woe.) It was so pretty, well *sigh*
And I bought the most comfortable and amazing shorts, I can't wait to wear them. It's pale grey and I tried it on with almost every t-shirt and belt in my wardrobe, they all looked amazing! I won't be taking it off once I start wearing it!3.
Then we went to have dinner in my cousin's house. They are newlyweds and they gave a dinner party for 9 people. Food was very delicious and it felt really great to be the guest for once. I felt weird not dealing with the dishes and food. We should do it more often!4.
We went back home in 10:30 (yeah, it was early, but I was dead tired so didn't go online), and watched Eurovision.( More on Eurovision ) 5.
I didn't write a single word the whole weekend, it makes me sad. Tomorrows a holiday, so maybe tonight I might do something.. Don't know.6.
Summer is officially here. I may go and hang out by the pool tomorrow. It will be the first time since we moved to this house. I need a little tan. I'm like a zombie! I didn't get a tan since the summer of 2006, i think...7.
I hate the one day between the weekend and a national holiday. Tomorrow's a holiday, so I don't want to do anything but count down the hours until I go back home.
Hope you guys had a wonderful and warm weekend too, see you all later! ;)ETA:
I had the worst lunch of my life. I detest the pasta section of our dining hall, but all the other choices were so incredibly awful that I had to go and get some pasta. I couldn't eat it all of course, so my lunch simply consists of Diet Coke and an impossibly small apple.
